Institutional structure. Operator authority.
Every fund at 7NINE77 is structured for institutional review — while every operating decision runs through the CEO. This page describes how those two lines connect.
7NINE77, LLC
Delaware limited liability company. Founder & CEO holds voting control. Management authority is delegated through documented committees at both the platform and fund levels.
Delaware Limited Partnerships
Each of the thirty-five funds is a standalone Delaware LP with its own General Partner entity, LPA, PPM, and audited financials. Fund-level decisions are executed by the fund GP under a written investment mandate.
Where decisions get made.
Investment Committee

Risk & Safety Committee
Monthly review of safety incidents, insurance claims, and operational KPIs across portfolio companies. Reports up to the Investment Committee.
