What Fund I owns.
7NINE77 Fund I owns and operates the flagship business-jet fleet — light, midsize, super-midsize and heavy. Aircraft are held on-balance-sheet inside the fund and dispatched through the 7NINE77 operating certificate. Revenue comes from three streams: fractional shares, jet-card membership, and on-demand charter.
Fleet is the highest-visibility layer in aviation, but historically the lowest-return, because operators finance fixed cost and sell variable revenue. Fund I inverts that: we underwrite utilization first, size the fleet to demand, and treat schedule as the product.
